Biography
Dr. Yavuz Selim Günay is a founding partner at Günay Erdoğan Attorneys-at-Law, bringing with him a wealth of experience in various legal fields. Prior to co-founding our firm, Mr. Günay served as the Head of Legal and Contracts for a leading Turkish defense and IT company, and also worked for one of the top law firms in Turkey. With a deep understanding commercial and corporate law, dispute resolution and arbitration, M&A transactions, technology law, defense and aerospace law, export control. Mr. Günay provides strategic legal services to both domestic and international clients. He is also highly experienced in representing Turkish clients investing abroad.
Mr Günay is also a part time lecturer at Bilkent University teaching law of technology.
